The Pagoda health and well-being area will allow you experience the relaxing and restorative properties of this woodland environment.

In 2019 we introduced Health and Well-being into the festival with a designated area called “The Pagoda”

Yoga with Esther Nagle

The Pagoda area provides quiet and peaceful space away from the central festival site. This leafy glade is a perfect site for relaxation. Esther expertly guided all abilities through yoga sessions making this a wonderful mindful experience in this magical woodland environment.

Qigong with Kerry Sansom

Kerry’s specialism Qigong, is a centuries-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training.
